Workout A: Deadlift Focus (20 minutes)
Warm-up (2 min): Arm circles, leg swings, bodyweight squats (10 reps)
Main Work:
โข Kettlebell Deadlifts: 5 reps ร 6 sets (60 seconds rest between sets)
โข Kettlebell Swings: 8 reps ร 3 sets
Cue: Quality over volume. Each rep teaches your nervous system proper patterns.
